Who We Are
Following her studies in Information Technology, Hilde started her career as a developer/business analyst, evolving to Software Project leader & ICT Manager.
After the full IT-integration of 2 companies & the set-up of the ICT processes, she started to gain more insights about ISO 9001 standards & Quality Managements Systems.
Enabling the full integration of Business Management and Quality Management into one seamless system combined with process improvements in several areas like Tender Management & Customer Complaint Handling lead to increased customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Her structured approach brought her to her next challenge, the set-up of a Project Management Office, to conduct the right projects in the right way. Portfolio management, introducing a customized project methodology, setting up a PM development program and the launch of a project communication platform were part of this mission.
Hilde likes to help organizations realizing their strategic challenges by designing & implementing the best business solutions at the right moment. She’s a well-organized and solution-oriented executive, good at building consensus within an organization in order to get things done.
She strongly believes in getting results through people, in continuous innovation and improvement of processes, where IT & digitalisation plays a major role.
